Love simulator app free: what the $0 floor covers
Free is a real floor, not a lobby you get walked through. Here is what the no-card tier gives you and exactly where the upgrade begins.

02The detail
What the free floor actually contains, and what it does not
There are two kinds of free. One is a tier you can live on. The other is a corridor with a paywall at the end of it, and the difference is visible in the first ten minutes if you know where to look.
On a genuine love simulator app free tier you can open the roster, read every character's temperament, start threads with more than one of them, and keep the context that builds up. No card is requested to do any of it, and nothing converts into a charge because a trial quietly expired. That is the floor this page describes.
The upgrade exists and it is not hidden: it buys depth rather than access — longer memory on very old threads, faster turns at peak times, and the adult modes that live behind their own confirmation. What it does not buy is the basic experience, which is the test that separates a usable free tier from a demo. If the free version cannot hold a two-day gap, paying will not fix the product, it will just cost more.
The limits you will notice are ordinary ones. Very long threads compress their oldest parts. Some characters answer more slowly when everybody is awake at once. And a storyline you have pushed for weeks will occasionally contradict itself. None of that is a paywall — it is what running a large model in a browser tab costs, and it is worth knowing before you form an opinion.
What works well
- Opening the roster and starting threads needs no card and no email wall
- Context carries across sessions on the free tier, not only on the paid one
- Nothing installs, so there is no purchase history and no icon to explain
- The upgrade is named and priced before you choose it, never after
- You can stop at any point without cancelling anything
Worth knowing first
- Very old parts of a long thread compress before newer ones do
- Turns can slow at peak hours before they slow on the paid tier
- Adult modes sit behind their own confirmation and are not part of the free floor
- Characters are fictional AI personas, and access is 18+ only

Three threads that never left the free tier
Nothing here required a card. What changes on the paid floor is depth and speed, not whether the conversation happens.

First evening, opened cold, no sign-up asked for at any point.

Week two: the thread still knows what you were both annoyed about.

The upgrade prompt, shown once, priced, and easy to walk past.
04In practice
How to check the free tier before you commit an evening
Open it, start two threads with characters who read very differently, and say something specific in each. Close the tab. Come back on the third day. If both threads pick up where they stopped, the free tier is doing the thing that matters and everything above it is a preference rather than a necessity.
If you do decide to upgrade, do it after that test, not before. The order matters: paying for depth you have not needed yet is how people end up with a subscription they forget to use. The free floor is designed to be lived on for a while, and there is no penalty for staying there.
